BJJ Camp is designed to collect only the information needed to provide a personal fight-camp account.
Data we process
Account identity, fight-camp settings, competition dates, training sessions, completion status, optional notes, optional weight entries and product preferences. Training notes and weight entries are treated as private account data.
Do not add medical diagnoses or information you do not need for training planning.
Why we process it
To create and display your fight camp, synchronize your activity, secure your account, provide exports, process deletion requests, prevent abuse and improve the product where you have consented to analytics.
Analytics
Product analytics is limited to an allowlist of lifecycle events such as landing visit, camp creation and first logged session. Weight values, training notes, injury details and exercise content are not sent as analytics event properties.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can export your data and permanently delete the account from the app. Operational backups may require a limited technical expiry period; the final production retention schedule remains to be confirmed before commercial launch.
Your rights

Processors and international transfers
Hosting, authentication and database providers process data on behalf of BJJ Camp. The final vendor list, data-processing agreements, hosting regions and transfer safeguards must be documented before commercial launch.
